Mia Wright is a Director of Alumni Engagement. She has spent the past 16 years at Columbia University first joining the University as the Columbia Community Impact’s Americorps Vista. Mia then went to work at Columbia College Alumni Affairs as the Assistant Director of Young Alumni, overseeing engagement and fundraising for recent alumni. Most recently, she was the Director of the Columbia Alumni Welcome Center. In this role, Mia created systems and protocols to centralize customer service for the alumni community and oversaw all center events and building operations. She received her BA in Sociology with a concentration in health policy from Simmons University.

Genna Farley Fleming has been a member of the Office of Alumni and Development since January 2017 and currently serves the Columbia Alumni Association as a Director of Alumni Engagement. In her role, Genna serves as the primary liaison for the CAA Shared Interest Groups and oversees the CU there!, Alumnae Leadership Group, CAA Arts Access, and Columbia Career Coaches Network initiatives. Prior to her arrival at Columbia, Genna served in various alumni relations and development roles at Manhattanville College, Gilda’s Club  Westchester and Clark University. Genna received her B.A. in Psychology and M.B.A. with a General  Management concentration from Clark University in Worcester, MA.

Stanley Clark is the Coordinator for Alumni Engagement. He joined the team in the summer of 2023 and supports global clubs, domestic clubs, and shared interest groups. Before joining Columbia, he was a study abroad specialist at the student exchange organization AFS-USA. Stanley also has several years of experience working in nonprofits, community development through AmeriCorps, and international education, teaching English in China through Princeton in Asia. Stanley has earned his Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.

Marui Lavinder '26GS is the Administrative Assistant for Alumni Engagement. They joined Columbia in the Spring of 2022, where they took on a contracted role in Alumni Relations at Columbia Engineering. Marui joined the CAA Alumni Engagement team in the Fall of 2023, and currently co-manages the Columbia Career Coaches Network and the Columbia Alumni with Disabilities SIG, in addition to providing support to both CAA global clubs and shared interest groups. Marui is passionate about accessibility and community building, and has several years of experience as an organizer in the LGBTQ+ space in NYC.
