Collecting Registration on Zoom

The CAA has prepared a manual with instructions on creating a Zoom registration page. Please follow these instructions and send your Zoom attendee data to your CAA liaison within two weeks of your virtual events.

Downloading RSVPs from NationBuilder

If you want to download a list of everyone who RSVPed to a specific event, you can do that on an event-by-event basis within NationBuilder:

  1. Click into the event (whether it’s coming up or has passed already)

    • Click on the Event Settings tab

    • And then click on RSVP

  2. You’ll see a mini-ticketing dashboard. From this tab, you can download the CSV of everyone who has RSVPed to the event:
